Just a balanced option for a short layover in Richland with value for money. The marina view was fantastic, perfect for watching boat traffic. Consider staying on a lower floor to enjoy the breeze at night.

comfortable stay but limited time to explore
The room was spacious and offered a great sleep quality. The late hours for the small pool allowed me to unwind after a long day of travel. The river view from the room was a lovely touch that enhanced my brief stay.
I barely had enough time to enjoy the amenities.

Had an awesome trip with friends! We loved sitting by the marina and the convenience of nearby restaurants like Anthony's. The views of the Columbia River were stunning, and the location made exploring the Tri-Cities super easy. Perfect for group hangouts! Just a heads up, the hotel gets busy during summer weekends, so plan accordingly and enjoy the breezy evenings!
However, we faced an issue when housekeeping didn’t clean our room on the second day. It took quite a bit of time for them to respond, which was frustrating when we just wanted to relax after a day of exploring.

Great Stay with a Lovely View
I had a lovely stay with a beautiful view of the river. The espresso drinks at the bistro were a delightful way to start my day. Although there was no complimentary breakfast, the paid options were delicious and worth it. I'd recommend asking for a quiet room to avoid marina noise.

Comfortable King room with a sofa bed provided a relaxing stay, enhanced by a lovely river view. The breezy evenings allowed us to enjoy fresh air, but loud boaters from the nearby marina disturbed our peace late into the night. Despite this setback, the hotel's proximity to pleasant restaurants and the marina's vibrant scene added a nice touch. The wholesome food options were a highlight, making our stay more enjoyable overall.

The hotel’s location by the river offers lovely views, and the friendly staff, especially Oscar at the front desk, made it feel welcoming. However, the dining options were disappointing, and I was misinformed about breakfast hours. Overall, a solid choice for business trips.
